Reset your password

Go to www.x-meta.global and click [Log In].

Enter the Email Address and Password associated with your account. Then click [Log In].

Click the Account Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Select [Security] from the menu.
- Next to [Login Password] you should find a button labeled [Reset Password]. Click this button.
- Enter your old password. (This is your current password, as you haven't changed it yet.)
- Enter your new password. Confirm your new password in the following field by typing it again.
- Enter your SMS or Google Authentication Code and click [Confirm] to continue.
- Once you have followed these steps, you've successfully reset your account password.
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, you can request to reset your password.
- Visit the X-Meta Homepage. Click the [Log In] button.
- Click the [Forgot Password?] link.
- Enter your email address and click [Submit].
- Check the email address connected to your account for a password reset email.
- After opening it, click the [Reset Password] link within.
Change E-mail Address
- After logging in to your X-Meta account, click [Profile] - [Verification, Payment & Limits].
- Click [Change Email] next to [Basic Info].
- To change your registered email address, you must have enabled Google Authentication and SMS Authentication (2FA).
- If you wish to proceed, click [Next]. You need to verify your original email address.
- Click [Click to get code] and enter the code sent to your email. Enter your new email address and password. Please note that the new email address should not be registered to any X-Meta accounts.
- You need to verify your new email. Click [Click to get code] and enter the code sent to your new email.
- You will also need to verify this action by 2FA verification.
- Your email is successfully changed. Please sign in with the new email address.
Please note that after changing your email address, withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 3 days for security reasons.
Two-Factor Authentication
- Tap on the [Profile] menu and tap [Security].
- Enter your phone number and email address to receive a 6-digit code, enter it to set up.
- You can also be verified by Google Authenticator.
For your own account security, we highly recommend you to enable two-factor authentication.
Devices logged into your account
You can see computers, phones, and other devices that are currently using or have recently used your X-meta account.
- Go to your X-meta account.
- On the right navigation panel, select [Profile].
- On the [Security] panel, select [Device Management].
- Click [Manage], you'll see devices where you’re currently signed in to your X-meta account. For more details, select a device.
Setting up Google Authentication
- Log into your X-Meta account and click [Profile] - [Security].
- Click [Enable] next to [Google Authentication].
- You will be redirected to another page. Follow the step-by-step instructions to enable Google Authenticator.
- Download and install the Google Authenticator App on your mobile device.
- After you’ve installed the App, click [Next] to continue.
- You will now see a QR code on your screen.
- Open the Google Authenticator App and tap on the [+] button on the bottom right of your screen to scan the QR code.
- Then click [Next].
- If you are unable to scan it, you can manually enter the setup code into the app.
- Save the backup key on paper. This Key will allow you to recover your Google Authenticator in case you lose your phone.
- Verify your Google Authenticator with your other 2FA devices.
- Enter your phone number and email address to receive a 6-digit code, enter it to set up.
You have successfully enabled Google Authenticator to protect your account.
