How to register on www.x-meta.com?

1. In any web browser, go to www.x-meta.global.
2. Click [Register] / [Log In].
3. Enter the email address and password you’ll use for your account
4. Check the box next to [I have read and I agree to terms of use] tap Register.
5. Drag the slider to complete the Security Verification Puzzle.
6. You will receive a verification email in your inbox, please enter the verification code within 30 minutes.
7. If you can’t find the email, click [Send] after 10 minutes to get another email.

How to verify your registration?

1. You can access the Identity Verification from [Profile] - [Verification, Payment & Limits].
2. Enter your personal information, select your country of residence, you will then see the list of verification requirements for your specific country/region.
3. Next, you will need to upload pictures of your ID documents. Please choose the type of ID and the country your documents were issued. Most users can choose to verify with a passport or ID card. You can check your current verification level on the page.
4. After that, the system will ask you to complete face verification.

Please do not wear hats, glasses, or use filters, and make sure that the lighting is sufficient.

Why do I need to verify my registration?

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering compliance to prevent abuse of its products and services for money laundering purposes. Identification and verification of all our users allow us to protect our users and prevent fraud, on top of meeting its AML obligations.

Disable Account

1. If you want to disable your account Log In to your account on www.x-meta.com and go to [Profile]-[Account Security].
2. Read the reminders carefully and tap [Disable Account].

Once your account is disabled, you will be unable to begin the reactivation process until at least two hours have passed.

Disabling your account will cause the following:

• All trading capacities and login for your account will be disabled
• API keys for your account will be deleted
• All devices for your account will be deleted
• All pending withdrawals will be canceled
• All open orders will be canceled
